Product Listing HQ is operated by Alex Nunn trading as Product Listing HQ. For the personal information described below, Alex Nunn is the data controller.
We may collect your name, work email address, account and workspace details, team role, billing and subscription information, support messages, product information you submit, generated listing content, usage records, IP address, device and browser information, and security or audit logs.
Stripe processes payment-card details. Product Listing HQ does not store your full card number or security code.
We use carefully selected providers to run the service, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account and database services, Stripe for payments and OpenAI for AI-assisted generation. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a genuine business sale or restructuring.
Customer product data is sent to AI providers only as needed to provide requested generation features. Do not submit personal data, confidential material or regulated information unless you are authorised to do so.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Billing and tax records may be kept for up to seven years. Security logs, support records and deleted workspace data may be retained for shorter periods where needed for security, recovery or legal claims.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to certain processing, and receive information in a portable format. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
To exercise a privacy right, email support@productlistinghq.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you remain responsible for keeping login details secure and controlling access to your workspace.

These terms apply when a business creates an account, buys a package or subscription, or uses Product Listing HQ. By doing so, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business and agree to these terms.
Product Listing HQ is intended for businesses and professional users, not personal or household use. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Product Listing HQ helps businesses create, organise, adapt, review and export product-listing content. Features may include AI-assisted generation, custom rules, team workflows and marketplace-specific versions.
The service does not publish directly to marketplaces unless explicitly stated. Exported files may need mapping or further checks before upload.
You must provide accurate information, protect login details and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Workspace owners are responsible for invited users, permissions and activity under their workspace.
You retain ownership of product data and other material you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, copy, process and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the material and that it does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights, contain malware or breach confidentiality, privacy, advertising or product-safety rules.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use, including specifications, safety information, regulated claims, intellectual-property issues and current marketplace requirements.
We do not guarantee sales, search ranking, approval by a marketplace, uninterrupted availability or that generated content will be unique.
You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorised access; interfere with security or availability; circumvent usage limits; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it; or resell access without written permission.
Prices, included usage, billing intervals and any minimum term are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise Stripe to collect amounts due using your selected payment method.
The current managed launch package is £499 for up to 100 managed listing optimisations and 90 days of access, followed by the subscription price shown at checkout. The checkout page is authoritative if a different offer is clearly presented and accepted.
We may change future prices or plan features by giving reasonable notice. Changes do not alter amounts already paid or an existing fixed term.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, serious misuse, security risk or material breach. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel renewal as described below.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security work and third-party outages may affect availability. We may change features where reasonably needed, provided this does not remove the core paid service without an appropriate remedy.
The Product Listing HQ software, design, branding and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes while your account remains authorised.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to that sentence, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for lost profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from material you chose to publish, marketplace action, or a third-party service outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability arising in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to Product Listing HQ in that period. This limit applies only to the extent permitted by law and is intended to allocate business risk reasonably.
We may update these terms where the service, law or business changes. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal or by emailing support@productlistinghq.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Subscription payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law, where a duplicate or incorrect charge was made, or where we agree a remedy for a material failure of the paid service.
The £499 managed launch package includes work performed for your business. If you ask to cancel before work starts, contact us promptly and we will normally refund the service element. Once work has started, any refund will reflect work already completed and costs reasonably committed. Completed work is not refundable merely because you decide not to publish it.
If you believe the service has not been supplied as agreed, contact us with the account email, date and details of the issue. We will investigate and may correct the service, repeat affected work, credit the account or provide a refund where appropriate.
